| INSPIRATIONAL
QUOTE |
"I
cannot believe that the purpose of life is to be happy. I
think the purpose of life is to be useful, to be responsible,
to be compassionate. It is, above all to matter, to count, to
stand for something, to have made some difference that you
lived at all."

| Dear
Dr. Mac |
Hello Dr. Mac,
I need your help and I need it fast.
Let me explain the situation.
I'm a college student who works
part-time for a governmental centre for young people. We're a
small team of 14 people, plus the Team Leader.
A couple of months ago, the Team Leader
was promoted to an interim higher position, and therefore
needed a new Team Leader. Before leaving, he appointed the 2
full-time "project managers" having the most experience to
each assume the Team Leader role for a month at a time each.
To this day, they have been the absoslute
worst leaders we've ever experienced...

award-winning business novel, Ask Dr. Mac. Go
