Who is Greg “Geese” Giesen?
Greg “Geese” Giesen is the manager of people development at the University of Denver where he provides both professional and organizational development services for staff and faculty. With a master’s degree in personnel services and counseling from Miami University, Geese brings over 30 years of experience in corporate consulting, training, facilitation and conflict mediation.
Geese is also an adjunct professor at DU in organizational leadership and is the author of two books, Mondays At 3: A Story for Managers Learning to Lead, and It’s All About Me: Stories and Insights from the Geese. He speaks around the country on authentic leadership and facilitates his award-winning program, Leading From Within.

Geese is leaving his full-time position at the University of Denver at the end of the year so he can spend more time writing, teaching, consulting, and helping others craft their life stories.
